What kind of cycling is more popular: one-day-short trips, long trips for several days, or sport type biking along cycle track only?

Sincerely yours, Mr. Repovesi

Is it possible to rent a bike in Saint-Petersburg, in Vyborg?

In summer only?

What does it cost? Describe a procedure.

Sincerely yours, Mr. Repovesi

There's no municipal program of bike rental in SPb yet Embarassed .
However, you can rent a bike at Skatprokat http://www.skatprokat.ru/en/ , located in a historical center of the city nearby Moskovsky Railroad Station.
They speak English, French, German & Finnish (acc. to their website) and offer multi-speed bikes with 26" wheels, 17" & 19" frame size for hire. It costs 150 rur/hour, 500 rur/8 hours, 700 rur/24 hours at the moment. Your deposit is 4000 rur/bike. You should have a passport or driver's license.
I think it's better to e-mail them to book a bike during a summertime.
PS It's not an ad - I really don't know rent-a-bike else... Sad
