Citizens of Honduras no more require a visa for a short-term visit of Russia, as an agreement to this effect will come into force on 11.07.2015 (Official information of the Russian MFA site).
Under the visa-free short-term tourist travel agreement signed between the two countries several months ago, their citizens are eligible for entry, exit, transit or stay on the territory of the other country for up to 90 days.
Citizens of many countries can entry to Russia without visas: almost all CIS contries, Thailand, Serbia, Montenegro, Turkey, Israel, SAR Hong Kong, SAR Macau, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Cuba, Peru, Venezuela, Fiji, South Korea and etc.
Since autumn of 2002 Russian Government has been making attempts to build visa free zone between Russia and Schengen Contries, but European officials have always denied.
Sincerely yours, Mr. Repovesi
